These terms apply to website design services purchased from VYRA and sit alongside the package description and agreed project brief.

Scope

Your package sets the core scope, including pages, included features and revision rounds. Work outside that scope is discussed before extra work is carried out or charged.

Content and approvals

You are responsible for supplying content, imagery, access details and information reasonably needed to complete the project, and for having the right to use material you provide.

Revisions

Revision rounds are included as described in the selected package. A revision round is a consolidated set of reasonable changes to the agreed design. Major changes of direction, new pages or new functionality can fall outside the original scope.

Timelines

Launch dates and turnaround times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Delays in content or approvals can affect the schedule.

Payment and third-party costs

Prices shown on the site cover the stated package scope. Domains, hosting, paid apps, premium fonts, stock assets or other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.

Ownership

Once the agreed project price is paid in full, you may use the completed custom website deliverables for your business. Third-party software, themes, fonts, stock assets, platform code and licensed materials remain subject to their own licence terms.

SEO

SEO foundations are included as described on the website. Search engines are controlled by third parties, so VYRA does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
